SUBMISSION AGREEMENT

• You (the artist/group/company) hold the rights to the submitted music and grant Yale Radiocast/ Yale Entertainment MMG the right to stream your material.

• Programming decisions and music selections are made on  a non-discriminatory basis.

• Yale Radiocast only accepts music and video submissions via mp3. mp4. WAV.

• Submissions may be used for promotion use but not to sell.

NOTE:  Yale Entertainment is licensed with ASCAP only.  By submitting music for consideration, submitting entities advise that submitted music has been registered with a performing rights organizations.  Alternatively, if you are not a member of any performing right organization, you grant Yale Radiocast/Yale Entertainment MMG the right to stream your material on a non-interactive, non-subscription basis.
